Personality: Noctis' personality is probably very different than to what many people would think. He’s sort of shy about getting to know people, and tends to stay away from people he doesn't know. He remains rather silent to strangers, which makes him seem kinda cool. In fact, Noctis is rather an ordinary young man who acts tough because he feels that it is his duty to protect his kingdom and citizens. To his friends he is actually a nice and friendly person.

Background Info: Noctis is the only Prince to the Kingdom of Caldaria. In schools, he was always the best of his class and everyone was proud of him, especially his parents. Noctis’ father gave him his falchion and taught him how to fight with it before high school. Now he takes his falchion everywhere.

Though being from opponent Kingdoms, Noctis sees Stella Fleuret as a close friend rather than an enemy. He remains protective over her. Only after one day, war breaks out between Caldaria and Altgard and both the prince and princess were forced to fight and kill each other. In the meantime, Noctis discovered the top secret behind Stella, which is also the main reason why wars never end. He promises Stella he will save her out of Altgard and swears to dethrone himself if he fails to do so.
